
The Super Bowl is right around the corner, which means its time for awesome Keto snacks!!
This year I thought it would be fun yo get a group of Keto accounts together on Instagram to share our favorite Keto Super Bowl snacks and appetizers, so here is my pick.
These Keto Nachos are a super easy snack to whip up that even your non-Keto friends will enjoy.
To make this even more fun, you could create your own Keto nacho bar! Make the nachos and have all your favorite sides for people to top themselves!


Keto Nachos
The perfect Keto Super Bowl snack!
Ingredients
Nachos
- 1 Lb Ground Beef
- 15-20 Mini Bell Peppers I usually buy a small bag of them
- 1 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1/2 Cup Taco Cheese Shredded
Optional Toppings
- Guacamole
- Pico De Gallo
- Sour Cream
- Extra Cheese
- Queso
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Start by prepping the peppers. Cut them in half lengthwise and remove seeds and ribs.

Place peppers on a baking sheet in a single layer with the cut side facing up. Bake for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a medium size skillet add olive oil and heat over medium heat. Once hot, add ground beef and onion. Cook until ground beef is no longer pink. Once cooked, add taco seasoning and mix to combine.

Next, fill each pepper with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese. Return peppers to the oven and bake for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.

Serve with additional toppings and enjoy!
